For your convenience, ScriptNoted offers both Month-to-Month (MTM) and Annual Pre-Pay (APP) billing cycle options for all subscription levels.
Month-to-Month subscriptions automatically renew each month, and your payment method will be charged upon each renewal date. You may cancel at any time prior to the next subscription renewal date, your account will be disabled and your payment method will not be charged for the next or following month(s).
Annual Pre-Pay subscriptions are offered at a 20% discount to the Month-to-Month subscriptions, renew after 12 months, and your payment method will be charged upon each renewal date. You may cancel at any time prior to the next subscription renewal date, your account will be disabled and your payment method will not be charged for the next or following year(s).
In addition to the flexible billing options above, ScriptNoted also offers our SN One, SN Five and SN Ten subscribers a no-charge, no-risk, 30-day trial period to thoroughly evaluate the product, after which time the payment method you used when you subscribed will be charged.
Please note that all ScriptNoted subscription sales are final and non-refundable after the end of the trial period, once your payment method has been charged.
If you wish to cancel your subscription during the trial period or prior to your next subscription billing date, simply email us at help@scriptnoted.com from the email address you used for your subscription and type Cancel My Subscription in the subject line.
