To create a new contact record, first click on the Add (the + icon) shortcut in the app menu. Click on the Add Contact option.
[ Tip: ScriptNoted automatically creates a contact record when you share a file with a new contact for the first time via the system. ]
Enter the contact's contact information. Manage which other users in your company's ScriptNoted network may see this contact via the Contact Visibility setting. Click Save.
[ Tip: Contacts may either be set to Network or Private visibility. Those contacts that set to Network are displayed to all users within your company's ScriptNoted network. Those set to Private are only visible to you. ]
