To update the default message for your company's file share invitations or query letters, first click on the Settings icon (the "gear") in the top-menu. Click on the [Network Name] Settings option to view the Network Settings sub-menu.
[ Tip: Users in your ScriptNoted private network have the option to override the default share template message with every share invitation or query letter they send via the system. ]
From the Network Settings sub-menu, click on the Share Template option to customize the text. ScriptNoted uses tag-based merge codes to auto-populate your share invitations or query letters with information, saving you valuable time. Refer to the legend below the Edit Share Template box to view available tags.
Important note: Do not delete the <title> tag from the query letter template, as share recipients will not be able to access the shared file if you do.
Click the Save button when finished.
