ScriptNoted uses Plan Codes to offer our potential and existing subscribers special subscription terms - extended trial period, custom user account levels or subscription discounts. If you've received a Plan Code from a ScriptNoted representative or affiliate, follow the simple steps below to redeem your code.


  • Go to our subscription page.
    You may subscribe to ScriptNoted and create your account online at anytime by going to http://scriptnoted.com/subscribe.
  • Select the "Manually Enter Plan Code" option from the the Subscription Plan pull-down list.
  • Retrieve your Plan Code.
    Enter the Plan Code that your ScriptNoted representative or affiliate provided you and click on the Retrieve Plan button. If the code is valid, the system will display the terms associated with the code for your review.



  • Complete the subscription form.
    If the Plan Code terms are what you expected, choose your preferred Billing Cycle (ScriptNoted offers either Month-to-Month or Annual Pre-pay options for your convenience); complete the registration and billing information form; review our "ScriptNoted Terms of Service" and check the "I agree" check-box; and then click the Submit button to view your order confirmation.
  • Confirm your order.
    After you've submitted the registration form, you will be presented with a confirmation screen to review your order. The registration process will not be completed until you've confirmed your order. Upon confirmation, you will receive an confirmation email to verify your account from alerts@scriptnoted.com.

    If you do not receive this confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam or junk mail folders or filters.
