To grant another user rights to admin features for your ScriptNoted private network, first click on the Settings icon (the "gear") in the top-menu. Click on the [Network Name] Settings option to view the Network Settings sub-menu.

Please note: If you do not see the [Network Name] Settings option, then you are not an admin user for the network and may not grant admin feature rights to another user.

From the Network Settings sub-menu, click on the Members option to view the user account controls.

To grant administrator rights to another user, click on the "star" button in the Admin column to the right of the desired Member name. The Admin feature enables a user to manage the rights of other users in your network; invite others to claim an available account within the network; send broadcast messages to all users within the network; and edit all default private network settings (company info, company avatar, feedback templates and share settings).

To grant additional admin feature access to another user, click on the
"star" button in the Allow Submissions or Manage Contacts column for one (or more) of your colleague's accounts. Allow Submissions enables a user to have access to the ScriptNoted submission log; upload files to the log; share files for feedback; and assign file ownership/migrate into development workflow. Manage Contacts enables a user to re-assign contact record ownership from one user to another.

If the "star" button is blue, then the user account has access to the selected system admin feature(s).
