The latest version of the ScriptNoted Terms of Service (also referred to as "TOS") are available at any time by clicking on the Terms link on the ScriptNoted.com website or the ScriptNoted application.
Individual subscribers are required to accept the ScriptNoted Terms of Service prior to creating their user account or using the service. Per the Terms of Service, all subsequent versions of our Terms of Service supersede prior versions. All versions include the date on which they were updated for your reference.
End users from our business subscribers are not required to individually accept our Terms of Service; their use may also be governed by the terms of the ScriptNoted Software Subscription Agreement executed between the business subscriber entity and TSL Media, Inc. (However, all business subscriber end users are still required to accept our Acceptable Use Policy prior to their first login to the system.)
Should you no longer accept the current version of our Terms of Service (or as a business subscriber end user, the Acceptable Use Policy), you should not access the ScriptNoted application nor use the service.
