Writer subscription plan users are limited to the default feedback template for all script titles.
Writer Pro subscription plan users have three ways to set the feedback template used for a given script share:
Global Default: The global default to be used for all script shares is managed via the Feedback Templates tab in your account Settings menu. Click on the gear icon in the top menu and select Feedback Templates. Click on the star icon to the right of the template title to set it as the global default to be used to for all script titles and script shares.
Script Default: You may change the default template for all shares of a given script. Click on the script title anywhere on the site to view the Script Detail Page. Click on the script Settings tab (the wrench icon) and scroll down to the Feedback Template list to select the default template to be used for all shares of just that script.
Share Override: You may also override the global or script default feedback templates when you are sending a request to a specific, registered TSL Network user or guest to read and provide feedback on your script. Click on the script title anywhere on the site to view the Script Detail Page. Click on the Share tab (arrow icon) and click on the Feedback Template list below the invite forms to select the template to be used just for that script share with that TSL Network user or non-user.
