If you have a free Writer subscription, you are limited to using the default TSL Network feedback template, which may be edited to hide default categories or questions. You may also add a single, custom category to the default template.

 

[ Tip: You may upgrade your subscription plan at any time by clicking the gear icon in the top menu and selecting Settings > Subscription Plan. ]

 

If you have a Writer Pro subscription, you may fully customize the default TSL Network feedback template(s) and create a limited number of multi-section custom feedback templates. Click on the gear icon in the top menu and select Feedback Templates


To edit a default template, first click on the Duplicate button to the left of the template title. Next, click the Edit button to launch the template editor and remove questions from the default template or change the response required rules for questions. Click on the visibility button (eye icon) to remove a question from the template. You may also click on the response required button (star icon) to make a question optional.


[ Tip: To remove an entire tabbed section from the default template, click on the visibility button (eye icon) for all questions in a given section. You may use the Custom tab to create a single-section custom feedback template to use for your scripts. ]


To create a multi-section custom feedback template,  enter a title in Create New Template field and click on the Save button. Click on the Edit button to launch the template editor.


[ Tip: To make a given template the default for all of your scripts, click on the star icon to the right of the template title. Note that you may override this default template at the script level. ]
